10 Color 15 Antibody Flow Cytometry
Disease focused panels
High sensitivity for PNH & MRDs
Different leukemias and lymphomas often have subtle differences in their antigen profiles that make them ideal for analysis by flow cytometry. Diagnostic interpretations depend on a combination of antigen patterns and fluorescence intensity. Therefore, a well-designed panel is critical for the interpretation and diagnosis. Cairo Diagnostics 15 antibody panel provides maximum immunophenotyping information for all cases and is very helpful in limited samples such as FNA, CSF, breast implant fluid, and limited biopsies (GI, skin, etc.).
The advantage of our approach in comparison to the industry standard Color Flow Cytometry is:
• The quantity of data obtained using ten color 15 antibody technology is significantly increased, whereas the volume of the sample needed is significantly reduced.
• Rare events and aberrant populations can be easily identified by specific gating strategies using Kaluza C software. Our multiparametric analysis is focused on screening for abnormal blast population, aberrant lymphoid populations, screening for MDS-related features and detection of a small population of abnormal cells.
• By using this panel we can enumerate major blood and bone marrow cell populations, detect monotypic aberrant B-cell populations, detect aberrant T-cell populations (using an exhaustive T-cell specific antibody panel), or abnormal blast population and/or abnormal pattern of myeloid differentiation.
• One of the best advantages of our 15-antibody panel is that different data sets can be merged in Kaluza C software to enumerate Minimal Residual Diseases (MRD) and separates normal populations from residual disease.
