In addition, Cairo Diagnostics offers a comprehensive coverage and benefit consultation service with our highly experienced billing staff. Because there is a wide range of benefits being offered from plan to plan, it has become very difficult for patients to estimate their out-of-pocket costs. Our dedicated patient advocate team performs thorough benefits and eligibility investigations prior to services being rendered to ensure that any testing rendered is performed within the benefit limits of each individual plan.

Financial Assistance
At Cairo Diagnostics, we are deeply committed to ensuring that everyone has access to vital laboratory services, regardless of their financial circumstances. Through our Financial Assistance Program, we provide personalized solutions for uninsured or underinsured patients based on their individual needs. If you find yourself unable to afford your testing, we may be able to adjust some or all laboratory charges to alleviate the financial burden.
Our tiered discounts consider your income and family size and are designed in accordance with the guidelines of the US Department of Health and Human Services. These discounts can cover up to 100% of your total amount due, ensuring that you receive the care you need without added financial stress.
For hospital patients who have applied for and received charity care or a discount for the same dates of service, please send a copy of the approval letter, and we will honor that discount.
Eligibility
We will carefully assess your eligibility based on your income and the latest Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. These guidelines are updated annually on the HHS website.
